A recent retirement in the business office at Milligan had caused changes to who handled student payments and workstudy assignments. Just five months later, those staff changes were being reversed. In this report, I outlined the details of the changes and attempted to find out why it was occurring.

Several staff in Milligan’s Student Financial Services department have changed positions after having done so only five months ago.
Back in October, Linda Lawson retired from her position of personnel director after working for Milligan for over 25 years. Deidre Greeley took over as the new personnel director, and her position as student accounts coordinator was filled by Debbie Morton. Morton had filled a similar position at Emmanuel Christian Seminary until it was integrated into Milligan College in July.
Jacqui Steadman, vice president for business and finance, announced on March 1 that Greeley is now back at her original job as student accounts coordinator, and Lawson is serving as interim personnel director.
Steadman said that Morton has left Milligan. Both Morton and Steadman declined to provide any further details about why Morton left.
